Is your product genuine? 
All our products are genuine. We do not sell imitations.
How may I choose a product colour?

Do you provide COD? 
You may self collect from our office. Please contact us for arrangement.
How do I make payment for order placed?
Payment information will be provided once an order has been placed.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card and debit card payment as well as bank transfer payment.
Do you accept Paypal or Moneybookers payment?
We may accept Paypal or Moneybookers payment subject to terms and conditions. Please contact us for details.
How do I input my shipping address for my order?
Please fill in your shipping name, address and telephone during the checkout section.
Can I cancel my orders?
We only allow cancellation if payment has not been made. Please only purchase when you confirm of buying it.
How much is the shipping fee?
Please refer the postage fee stated on the checkout section.
How is the product being shipped?
All products will be shipped via courier.
How long will delivery take?
We ship most of orders within 48 hours after confirmation of your payment and shipping information. For model that is temporary out of stock, we will keep you informed and updated on order status.
Do you provide a tracking number for shipment?
Yes. Tracking number is available upon request.
Is your product come with warranty coverage?
Yes. We will service the defective product under the agreed warranty coverage period.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If your product is faulty due to manufacturer defect, please contact us for a warranty claim.
Why are there digital camera models that I have not seen available in my country?
Some manufacturers use different model names in different regions but they are actually the same. The functionality of the products are also the same. For example, the Canon Ixus series is the same as Canon IXY series in the Japanese market.
