All customers of our services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. Customers are required to comply with all the policies and terms of service. Violation of any of these policies can result in warnings, suspension or termination of accounts and/or other disciplinary action depending on the severity of the violation. We reserves the right to update this policy & terms of service at any time for any reason.
Appropriate Use of the Services
Our usage policy and terms of service have been written and designed to protect us, its users (the clients) and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by users of our services. The list of activities being prohibited on our services are hosting or handling of material which contains nudity, adult material, obscenity, discriminatory/hate propaganda, cracks, warez, hacking-related materials, illegal distribution of software or any material that results in legal-based complaints from other users or third parties.
Domain Registration Agreement
If customer chooses to register a domain name(s) through us, customer agrees that customer will pay for the registration fee(s) to register the domain name(s) with the applicable domain name registrar. Eligibility for a domain refund is not guaranteed.
Auto-Cancellation of Order(s) – amended 12th July, 2015
Non-payment within 7 days will result in auto-cancellation of order. As an act of courtesy, we may reset the promotional code used (if any) in the suspended order, and the same coupon may be reused within its validity period.
Cancellation and Refund – added 26th July, 2015
For cancellation within 30 days, customer is entitled to a full refund of payments made in respect of the web-hosting plan. Eligibility for a domain refund is not guaranteed.
For purchases using voucher, customer will be refunded the nett purchased value of the voucher.
